Section 38
Providing mutual legal assistance

(1) According to this paragraph, after the completion of the document collection and understanding of evidence related to mutual legal assistance, the investigation officer, the court or the relevant district attorney's office shall send the details to the central authority.
(2) The information regarding mutual legal assistance received as per sub-section (1) shall be provided by the central authority to the foreign state through diplomatic channels.
